We want you to be happy when you shop with Papinelle, so if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we provide easy returns  to make it right.

The return policy stated during purchase is the one that applies to your order and differs according to your selected items. Please see our return policies below.

For our Sleep Staples, if an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 365 days, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned for a refund or store credit

  • Only items tagged at time of purchase as 365 Night Returns are eligible; all other items are are excluded

  • Only full price items are eligible

  • Returns must be initiated within 365 days from the date of purchase

  • $9.99 return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, or opt for a store credit to receive free return shipping

  • Your original form of payment's refund policy must allow for a return within the same time period. In instances where your payment method does not allow for a refund 365 days post transaction, you will be refunded to store credit instead

    1. PayPal's refund policy covers 180 days; if you used PayPal to make a purchase, and the return is processed after 180 days, the refund will be in the form of store credit as we are not able to refund your PayPal account

    2. Klarna's refund policy covers 180 days; if you used Klarna to make a purchase and the return is processed after 180 days, the refund will be in the form of store credit as we are not able to refund your Klarna  account

    3. Afterpay's refund policy covers 120 days; if you used Afterpay to make a purchase and the return is processed after 120 days, the refund will be in the form of store credit as we are not able to refund your Klarna  account

    4. Some financial institutions do not allow refunds beyond 120 days; if your financial institution does not allow your refund, it will be in the form of a store credit

For our Seasonal Fashion Range, Papinelle offers:

  • Items can be returned for a refund or store credit

  • Only full price items are eligible

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • $9.99 return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, opt for a store credit to receive free return shipping

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged  condition with tags attached and any boxes included

For Sale items, Papinelle offers:

  • Items can be returned for a store credit

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • $9.99 return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit 

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged  condition with tags attached and any boxes included

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase are not eligible for return

The below items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • This includes items tagged as Final Sale at time of purchase OR;

  • Customised items 

  • Knickers

  • Gift Cards

International returns are also available at the customer’s expense. Please reach out to our customer care team  for assistance.

This return policy adheres to your rights under Australian consumer law. 

If you are returning your items to one of our boutiques, please note that items cannot be refunded on the spot in store; this will be processed by our customer service team after the items have been received by our in-store team. You are able to receive an in-store credit or an exchange on the spot in our boutiques.

If you are returning an online order to one of our boutiques, please note that items cannot be refunded on the spot in store; this will be processed by our customer service team after the items have been received by our in-store team. You are able to receive an in-store credit or an exchange on the spot in our boutiques.
