Our Goals

ETHICAL, TRANSPARENT & TRACEABLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Endeavour to gain full transparency of all tiers of our supply chain and to ensure human rights are upheld
throughout.

Why is this important to us?

Papinelle have always valued the relationships we have built with many hands that create our beautiful natural sleepwear throughout the supply
chain. We want to ensure that this continues to be valued, in supporting everyone with quality working conditions and fair wages.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (DE&I)

To ensure we are a fair and inclusive workplace where our team feel comfortable bringing their full
authentic selves to work every day and are supported by a framework of policies and practices that ensure
DE&I are championed throughout the organisation.

Why is this important to us?

Great ideas are born from a diverse and inclusive workplace. At Papinelle, we believe in encouraging innovation, loyalty, and new ways of thinking.
We want our brand to broaden our representation at all levels, to create a brand that is truly inclusive.

HEALTH & WELLBEING

To be a workplace known for prioritising our employees health and wellbeing.

Why is this important to us?

At Papinelle, we have always had an ethos of our team being an extension of our family. People have always come first for us, and so by creating this
objective is an opportunity for us to formalise goals around ensuring we support the health & wellbeing of our team so that they can strive to new heights.

Our Challenges

ETHICAL, TRANSPARENT & TRACEABLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Global fashion supply chains are complex
and historically transparency and
traceability have not been prioritised.

The use of sub-contractors and home-
workers is often difficult to uncover.

Modern slavery risks and human rights
violations are still prevalent in the garment
supply chain.

Workers in the apparel industry often
work excessive overtime with low wages.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (DE&I)

We employ a wide range of individuals all
with different abilities, experiences, and
values.

We don’t have control over who applies
for roles at Papinelle.

The availability of diverse models is limited.

Minority groups have been underrepresented in the fashion industry in the past.

HEALTH & WELLBEING

We have staff across different countries and time zones.

We employ a wide range of individuals all with different approaches to their own health and wellbeing.

Much of the work our staff undertake is sedentary and computer-based.

Our retail staff spend much of their time on their feet.

Our work can be stressful from time to time with important deadlines and a highlevel of growth to meet.
