The mask is cashmere on one side and silk on the other so can be used either way. It fits well, the elastic is perfect around the head. The mask comes in a silk case making it an easy addition to my travel pack. Ordering and delivery from Papinelle is easy and quick. I love all the sleepware I have bought from Papinelle.
