We dream of nothing more than ensuring you receive your order in the shortest time possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am that same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day.

Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 2–3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during our sales event.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Papinelle cannot be held responsible for.

For countries outside Australia the recipient becomes the importer of the item and, as such, is liable for any local duties that may be charged. Papinelle cannot be held liable for any such tariffs and we are unable to alter our invoices for this purpose.
