It’s too uncomfortable to wear. The fabric is not soft and it’s so big that it covers too much of my face. Since it’s tight, my skin gets irritated.

We understand your disappointment that the item was too big and not soft. It sounds like the fabric made it too uncomfortable to wear, as it was not soft, and the fit was too big, covering too much of your face. We also regret tha,t despite being large, it felt tight in a way that caused your skin to get irritated.
