Given the nature of this product and its raw and unprocessed ingredients, first time users may find that macabalm solidifies - making it hard to release from the tube. Simply remove the seal entirely and gently push the balm out from the bottom. If stuck, you may need to warm the tube in your hands to soften the contents. There also may be an air bubble that needs piercing to release the balm.
