I only sleep with silk eye masks to ensure the tender skin around my eyes stays soft without puffiness.
I always sleep with an eye mask as this makes the room totally dark for a better night sleep.
It may take a little time to get used to sleeping with an eye mask but I believe it's worth it for a deeper sleep.
Silk is a requirement for pillow slips and eye masks. Don't bother with anything else.
